Trust may never return
There’s no doubt that consumer trust in financial services is at an all time low. There’s also much talk about what we must do to restore trust. But can we? Perhaps we have lost consumer confidence forever?
Recorded at the March 2009 Annual Members’ Conference, the debate centred on the motion “This house thinks that restoring trust between consumers and financial services providers is a lost cause”.
