Do small business owners mix their domestic and business lives and, if so, will they behave differently now that they have learned to shop around online for their personal lines insurance ? Entrepreneurs have more choices. They can opt for a traditional broker relationship, and effectively pay for advice. They can play the convenience of doing more business with their bank.
