What do the "Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) requirements mean to marketers?
Financial services has always been amongst the most challenging of categories for marketers – due in part to the intangibility and complexity of the product, but probably more as a result of the heavy regulatory burdens. With the move from rules-based to principles-based regulation (such as the ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ requirements), and the potential lack of clarity that brings, the regulatory challenges are set to increase further still. This event looks at how marketers in different financial services categories are addressing the requirements of the new regime.
