Brand-owners, agencies, networks and affiliates are interlocking stakeholders in the performance-based online marketing landscape. Despite the clarity of CPA, brand owners are still sensitive to the incentives available to others in the chain, and nervous over perceived loss of control of a vital source of new customer acquisition.
