Adam’s role at Mindshare has been to lead the agency’s programmatic offering and building the internal capability from the ground up. With 12 years a experience in media and a degree in software engineering with intelligent sytems, Adam’s latest role as Global Chief Innovation Officer for Mindshare's FAST (Future Adaptive Specialist Team) unit, focuses on the latest and greatest innovations across paid owned and earned media. He is particularly focused on constructing media and creative not within spreadsheets but represented as code. During his spare time you'll either find him scrambling around various London climbing venues or at night peering through his telescope observing various objects floating around the universe!
