Graham graduated from UCL with a degree in Astrophysics, and since then has worked in the insurance industry for 15 years. Having started his insurance career in the contact centre environment, progressing through various management roles, his love for data, numbers and analysis that was kindled in his university days led him to a move into marketing.

Having held various marketing research, insight and analytics roles within Ageas, Graham currently leads the Customer Insight & Marketing Effectiveness team, and is responsible for developing the marketing analytics capabilities to put data & insight at the centre of decision making and customer engagement.
