Mark's role is to represent the client at ORM. To successfully guide customers through the digital process, support their decision making and ensure any outputs surpass their wildest expectations.
He oversees a large team of account managers and directors who manage a wide spectrum of clients with varying requirements, be they agile micro-projects or large-scale digital strategies.
Mark has worked in digital for 17 years, starting as a writer and then content director, before moving onto senior client services and strategy roles. Mark's track record includes projects for Deloitte, Artemis, BlackRock, RBS and Aviva Investors.
