Specialisms
Throughout my career, I have worked on a wide range of brand, communications, stakeholder engagement, change management and governance programmes with middle-management through to Exec, Board and NEDs. I've also worked extensively with business, governments, NGOs and civil society organisations to establish and manage cross-sector partnerships the support responsible business and sustainable development goals.

Background
Growing up in Asia, I began my career in international development working with the British Council, UNHCR and Save the Children in Hong Kong at the time of the Vietnamese refugee crisis in the 1990’s. I later moved into the marketing services world with WPP and Omnicom operating companies based initially in Hong Kong, then Shanghai and Tokyo, and working regionally across the Asia Pacific and Australasia before moving to London to take on global client roles.
In 2012, I set-up my own consulting practice working with businesses, governments and civil society organisations on cross-sector partnerships that support responsible business sustainable development initiatives.
Against prevailing wisdom in 2010, I also established Britain’s only commercial olive grove in Kent, where my ambition is to produce British extra virgin olive oil from a 200-tree grove.

Client and Project Experience
I have worked internationally with numerous clients including Shell, BP, HSBC, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Heineken, Virgin Atlantic, Cathay Pacific, Coca Cola, Nokia, Johnson & Johnson, Walgreens Boots Alliance, DHL, Boehringer Ingelheim, Unilever, VW, the British Council, UKTI (now DIT) and a wide range of international charities, NGOs and development agencies.
