Leading an initiative at NS&I, the government savings arm, to create transactional communications which work across any channel. Saving the business money by sending only relevant and clear messages to our 25 million customers, while creating an experience which meets and exceeds their expectations. NS&I is one of the largest savings organisations in the UK, with over £135 billion invested. Sue has held a variety of design and marketing roles, most recently as Head of Brand introducing the change from National Savings to NS&I. Trained as a typographer and worked in advertising, brand and marketing roles in widely different sectors- transport and distribution, arts administration, theatre, housing development and developing the city of Milton Keynes, currently celebrating its 50th birthday.
