Teresa Roux

Teresa is Research Director and co-owner of Bdifferent. Teresa set up Bdifferent with her business partner Kim Bell in 2000 and they have built a successful market research and brand strategy business across both the UK, Europe, the Asia and the UAE. Bdifferent deal exclusively with clients in the financial services sector with one of their specialisms being the retirement market Teresa has an MA in Marketing, and has been a member of the Market Research Society for the past 20 years, she is passionate about encouraging companies to focus on their customers and believes the changes introduced by George Osborne will be a positive step for both customers, advisers and companies operating in the retirement sector. Today she will gives us insight into how customers see themselves in retirement.
