An economist by training, Richard started his career with an agri-food multinational assessing the impacts (and wonders) of milk lakes, butter mountains and the mystery of olive tree ownership in Southern Europe before switching agency–side.
With extensive experience in brand tracking programmes, he knows how to help clients get the best ROI for their programmes and make them live and breathe within client organisations.
